Wisdom Teeth
Molars that come in third during our human lives are called wisdom teeth. The typically come on each side of our upper and lower jaws. We usually get our 3rd molars during late teen years or early twenties. If you fall in this category of age or your child does, we can perform x-rays to see where the molars are at in their progression of eruption through the gums. It is recommended that Dr. Mark at Mt. Ogden Dental clinic extract the molars between the ages of 16-19. During this time period is when the team at our dental clinic can get the teeth pulled before there is painful crowing, less developed roots and fewer complications.
Don’t let tooth damage or decay compromise your oral health. Call to set up an appointment for your wisdom teeth extractions, broken down tooth extractions and other oral surgery needs.
